The painting of floating seaweed and glistening water was from walking though the water at Garnish beach near Garnish pier, Allihies on the Beara Peninsula. Capturing glistening light on water in addition to the movement of the colourful seaweeds below is a wonderful subject i return to again and again. Here we have summer light.

This painting has since found a home with a Sea Swimmer, which is lovely.
