I know Crowhead so well, having worked on the Beara way walking trail for years, this was one of my favorite stretches. A peninsula jutting out in the sea parallel with Dursey Island - its a wonder place, and a good spot for watching sea life.
A tranquil day in June this year - i don't think i ever saw the sea floor from the cliffs before - but so calm that you could see the sand and seaweeds.
