This painting was part of the West Cork Creates Spring exhibition 2023.
I live near Glengarriff Woods, and walk there regularly. everywhere there is moss, and so i painted a series based on moss, the luminous colours and the softness.
Many other plants, thriving on both dead and live branches and trees.
