I took this photograph was taken many moons ago near Maugha, Kealkil, and is part of the St. Finbarr's Pilgrim path. I worked on the trails around west cork, and we were here looking at this section of forest which was storm damaged. We left it alone, and re-routed the trail, leaving behind a beautiful, mossy area doing its own thing.
This painting was part of the West Cork Creates Spring exhibition 2023.
